Civil Engineers

A medium sized Civil and Structural engineering practice were finding it difficult to source Civil Engineers within their geographical area. The positions varied within the sectors of highways, rail, water and infrastructure - all markets with a shortage of individuals with the required skills.

They were recommended to speak to us to discuss the possibility of a headhunting assignment for their Civil Engineering requirements.

It was agreed that this would indeed be the best route to take and as such Elliot Marsh conducted a full regional search resulting in a shortlist of five candidates. The calibre of Candidates was such that the Client ultimately offered four of these Candidates posts within the business – within eight weeks of us commencing work on the assignment.

Since making the appointments the Client has been able to secure more work due to now having the internal resources to supply their clients’ demands, resulting in a growth in turnover for the year end.
