Project Manager
We were recently recommended to a large national refurbishment company who found that advertising for a Project Manager was not yielding the desired results. This recommendation came via a company we had successfully worked with on a previous assignment.
The refurbishment company had been growing at such a pace that they were unable to meet the level of demand for their service without filling the Project Manager post. This would obviously have meant massive financial loss to the business.
The client operated in a niche sector and as such it was established that there were only a small number of relevant companies where suitably experienced Candidates could be found. It was therefore decided to carry out an abbreviated search, on a limited number of specialist companies. This process resulted in a Candidate being offered the position within three weeks and starting four weeks thereafter.
In addition to this, it was identified through the process that they also required a Quantity Surveyor. We re-targeted the initial companies for this role and were able to fill this post within five weeks.
