Position: Account Manager

We have been retained by one of our key accounts to search for an Account Manager of extremely high calibre with excellent knowledge and experience within the BMS industry.
Our client has made significant appointments in each region, developing the business unit around a central heavyweight figure who has thereafter been at the forefront of developing the region. They provide services such as HVAC controls , Control systems , BMS and other energy solutions to a vast client base across the UK. They are recognised as being leaders in the market and are considered to be a forward thinking approved systems integrator for many major manufacturers.

As part of the company’s growth they are looking to develop the South East region, in particular London and it’s surroundings. They are therefore looking to appoint an Account Manager with a formidable background within the BMS industry , proven track record and entrepreneurial flair. The role will be to develop sales opportunities within the London and South East area. The role requires the successful applicant to have existing contacts within the BMS and energy related industries and will encompass every aspect of the sales process from lead generation to business closure. This individual will be significantly rewarded for their input, have the opportunity to build a team, progress up to Regional Manager level and potentially receive equity tie in.

The successful individual will have a building controls / BMS background. Knowledge and experience of working within the Energy management sector will be an advantage. This person must have the ability to generate credibility with a customer and be able to build and maintain relationships. Furthermore they must also have the capability to uphold and further develop the good reputation the company has already established within this marketplace.

Knowledge of BMS systems such as Trend and Siemens will be advantageous.

The role will report directly to the Branch Manager and the incumbent will be responsible for all sales activity in this region.
