Divisional Sales Manager – BMS Systems
Location: South
Salary: £60k Basic, Bonus, Car/CA & Executive Benefits.

Although other companies have suffered heavily over the last year our client have been on a major acquisition trail and increased market share dramatically and focused on becoming the market leader within the BMS industry. The company are offering a unique opportunity for an Sales Manager to head up one of the companies top performing teams based in the South.


Your Key responsibilities:

• Lead and drive the System Sales team to achieve set targets and objectives
• Develop and grow the sales team focusing on each member to help maximise their potential and expertise
• Work within the company goals and objectives to achieve divisional directives
• Responsible for strategy and targeting the regions companies to identify the most profitable opportunities
• Report back to Director Level with overall progress on sales and performance

Successful applicant will:

• Have a good level of technical understanding preferably from within the electronics industry
• 5 years Sales experience with a proven track record of achievement
• Experience selling to similar markets i.e. end users, consultants, contractors etc
• Man management experience, preferably within a sales/target driven environment.

Although this is a technical/project based product it is not essential that you come from the BMS industry although it would be an advantage.
